The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday, February 5: Detective Burrow Searches for Dominic – Phyllis Comforts Cane
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, February 5, reveal that Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) will search for Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) comforts Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
Now that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is using Cane’s family as a bargaining chip, Cane will worry about their safety.
Y&R fans will see Cane have a bit of a meltdown, but Phyllis will be there to console him.
Phyllis may urge Cane to think rationally about this and see that Victor would never do anything to harm Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) or the twins.
As for Victor’s promise that Cane will never see his family again if he doesn’t sign back over Newman Enterprises, Phyllis may insist Victor’s bluffing.
Phyllis will provide some comfort, but she also won’t want Cane caving in when Victor’s offering up an empty threat.
Perhaps Phyllis will argue that if Cane does nothing, Victor will eventually have no choice but to let Lily, Mattie Ashby (previously played by Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie Ashby (previously played by Noah Alexander Gerry) go.
However, Cane may fear that Victor’s a wildcard who can’t be trusted now that they’ve pushed him this far.
Plus, Cane may worry that from Lily and the twins’ perspective, it’ll seem like he’s choosing a corporate victory over them.
Over with Victor, he’ll try to convince Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to chill out.
Victor will insist his plan’s going to work and push everyone to have some faith.
At the Chancellor mansion, Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will get some extra help in their Dominic hunt.
Detective Burrow will step up and do whatever he can to track down Dom as well as Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
It looks like Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will bring some refreshments from Crimson Lights and hope she can pitch in.
Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will also do her part as they all try to nail down where Mariah might’ve taken Dominic.
