The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Tuesday, December 30, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) won the trademark race before Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) taunted Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) over losing Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) heart.

At the beach house, Dylan (Sydney Bullock) admitted her parents didn’t know she was homeless and that she didn’t want to burden them.

Although Dylan felt this was her problem to solve, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) hated the idea of her sleeping in her car – especially in dangerous areas.

Will and Electra pushed Dylan to extend her stay at the guest house, but Dylan was hesitant since Electra was living at the Forrester estate.

Electra insisted she’d be sticking around a few days too, so Will acted like it would work out for everyone.

At Forrester Creations on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) tried to renew the trademark for Logan Designs, but it was suddenly unavailable.

Brooke assumed this was Katie’s doing and stormed out to confront her sister.

While Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) stayed behind and ranted about the situation to Carter, Liam gave Katie and Bill good news at Spencer headquarters.

Thanks to Liam’s fast typing and clicking, they were able to secure the Logan trademark.

Katie was excited about being able to use her own name for her fashion house and was grateful to Liam, who eventually took off.

Bill sang Katie’s praises again before she had a private showdown with Brooke, who blew up over Katie snatching the Logan trademark away.

Brooke felt betrayed and fumed over this being the thanks she got for bringing Katie into the fashion industry.

Although Brooke reiterated that she was known by the Logan name, Katie argued that “Logan” was merely a pet name used by Ridge.

At one point, Brooke suggested Katie could use Katie Logan Designs, but Katie stood her ground on using “Logan” alone.

Brooke accused Katie of always being envious of her and eventually acted like Katie’s fashion house was destined to fail.

Katie offered a reminder of her own time in the Forrester CEO seat, Brooke pointed out that only happened because of Bill’s hostile takeover.

That led to Katie wondering if all this went back to Bill. Katie considered the possibility that Brooke was upset about losing out to her sister over a man.

As Katie taunted Brooke, she made it clear that although Brooke once controlled Bill, now Katie was the one he wanted.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Katie and Brooke’s hostility is only going to get worse from here, so we’ll bring you updates on all the wild conflict.
