The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Friday, January 2, reveals that Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) had a horror fashion show fantasy while Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) struggled with some Dylan (Sydney Bullock) alarm bells.

At Forrester Creations, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) gave Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) some disappointing updates since Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) did everything by the book.

That news meant Katie was free to call her fashion house “Logan” and there was nothing they could do about it.

Next on Friday’s B&B episode, Bill filled Katie in on his visit to Ridge and Carter.

Although Bill remained confident that Katie was going to knock this out of the park, doubts crept in for Katie once she was alone.

Katie couldn’t stop hearing Brooke predicting that she’d probably fail as she replayed their earlier conversation.

At one point, Katie daydreamed about a fashion show that went horribly wrong with the models’ dresses falling apart while Brooke stood by looking amused.

After Katie told Bill what she imagined, he gave her another pep talk and assured her Logan would be a big success.

At the beach house, Dylan remained thankful to Electra and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) as they took her to the guest house above the garage.

Dylan was thrilled over the clean sheets and flopped back on the bed as she appreciated all this.

When Dylan hugged Will to show her gratitude, Electra looked weirded out.

While Will went for a sunset surf, Electra suddenly shifted gears and made sure Dylan was indeed looking for work.

Electra also dropped a hint that no one liked a houseguest for too long, so Dylan acted like she understood.

Dylan didn’t know how she’d repay Will for his generosity, but Electra suggested that all Will wanted was her respect.

Electra also asked Dylan to respect that Will was her boyfriend, so Dylan offered reassurance.

In fact, Dylan pointed out that she rejected Will’s offer to stay there until she learned Electra would be spending nights there, too.

Dylan claimed to appreciate how upfront Electra was being, so they shared an embrace.

However, Dylan wound up ogling shirtless Will through her window later, so Electra definitely has a reason to worry!

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Dylan could prove to be more of a troublemaker than Electra and Will initially anticipated, so stay tuned.
