CBS Legend Passes Away At 55, Y&R Star Nick Really Died, Very Sad News for Fans!
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a day packed with emotional fallout, dangerous temptations, and lines being crossed that may never be repaired. As Genoa City braces for war, relationships begin to fracture under the weight of ambition and revenge.
At home, Sally Spectra wakes to an empty bed—and a familiar knot in her stomach. Billy Abbott is gone, leaving behind a note claiming he’s out for a run to clear his head. Sally doesn’t buy it. She texts Billy, then reaches out to Audra, unable to shake the feeling that history is repeating itself. Billy’s secrets have a way of resurfacing, and Sally fears she’s once again being left in the dark.
Meanwhile, on the Cain train, Phyllis Summers and Cain Ashby return to find Nick Newman waiting—and he’s not there to play nice. Though Phyllis makes a brief show of concern about Nick’s injured leg, he explodes, accusing her of destroying his family. Nick warns that the Newmans will retaliate and crush her before she and Cain can even enjoy their so-called victory. Cain, unfazed, receives a text from Billy asking for a meeting and abruptly leaves, surprising even Phyllis.
That’s when the gloves come off.

Nick unloads on Phyllis, furious that she refuses to see the damage she’s causing. He demands she think about Summer, but Phyllis coldly insists their daughter will be fine. Nick vows to expose every ugly detail of her betrayal to Summer, promising that both Cain and Phyllis will go down hard. Phyllis fires back that they’ve already won—that Newman Enterprises is theirs, and nothing Nick says will change it.
Nick is devastated. He reminds Phyllis that he would have done anything for her, and now she’s stabbing him in the back. This isn’t a win, he warns—it’s the beginning of her losing everything, starting with her family. Phyllis breaks down, insisting she’s been drowning for the past year and that Nick’s “help” always came with strings attached. She accuses him—and Victor—of trying to control her. Cain, she claims, sees her true potential. This takeover is her karma, her long-overdue win.
Nick nearly collapses during the heated exchange, and when Phyllis tries to help, he violently pushes her away. He begs her to stop—for the kids. She refuses. Nick leaves vowing to grind Phyllis and her “punk partner” Cain into dust.
Elsewhere, Sally meets Audra at Society. Audra casually announces she’s done wasting energy on Clare, then zeroes in on Billy. Sally admits she fears Billy isn’t being honest again—especially after learning he overheard Phyllis and Cain plotting against Newman. Billy finally confessed he was jealous, and that confession terrifies Sally more than any lie. Audra bluntly wonders if the revenge bug has bitten Billy again. Sally breaks down, admitting she’s constantly waiting for the next betrayal.
At Crimson Lights, the truth comes out.
Billy meets with Cain, expecting either a warning or a threat—but instead, he’s handed an offer of a lifetime. Cain confirms the attack on Newman has succeeded. He and Phyllis practically own the empire. Then Cain drops the bomb: Chancellor can be Billy’s. A “peace offering.” Cain knows how deeply Jill’s decision to sell Chancellor to Victor wounded him. If Billy wants it back, it’s his.
There’s just one catch—Phyllis doesn’t know.
Billy hesitates, shaken by the temptation. Cain grows impatient, reminding Billy he’s offering everything he’s ever dreamed of. Billy has a day or two to decide. Cain will control it all—including Newman Media—with Phyllis right beside him.
As they shake hands, Sally walks in, catching the unmistakable tension between the two men. She presses Billy for honesty. He admits Cain wanted to meet—but dodges what was really said.
And as Sally demands the truth, one question hangs over Genoa City:
Will Billy sell his soul for Chancellor… and will Phyllis realize too late that power has cost her everyone she ever loved?
