Coronation Street fans spot who is ‘on to’ Theo Silverton amid own turmoil

Coronation Street fans thought they had spotted who could be ‘on to’ Theo Silverton and his vile abuse, but it seems the character in question is facing their own turmoil.
Those who follow the ITV soap are desperate for Theo to be exposed and get his comeuppance as he continues to manipulate and abuse his boyfriend Todd Grimshaw in distressing scenes.
Todd appeared ready to leave Theo once and for all after Billy Mayhew, who had concerns, discovered the true extent of what his former boyfriend was going through during Debbie Webster and Ronnie Bailey’s recent wedding.
In Billy’s hotel room where Todd showed him the footage given to him by Theo from the secret cameras in his home, which recently formed part of a special episode of Corrie told through camera footage, including CCTV and police bodycam, following a domestic incident inside their flat.
Todd couldn’t watch, even when Billy pointed out it had been edited and wasn’t showing the whole story. Once Todd had left, Billy found the original files and discovered what Todd had really been subject to. He once again confronted Todd and vowed to help him but as they prepared to head back to Weatherfield in the minibus, Theo arrived, making for an uncomfortable journey.

And as fans later saw, the minibus was one of the vehicles caught up in a horror multi-vehicle pile-up which was at the centre of the dramatic crossover between Corrie and fellow ITV soap Emmerdale, dubbed Corriedale.
While most of the passengers managed to escape, but Billy was trapped by his seatbelt. However, he still tried to get out. But when the evil Theo Silverton returned to see who was still trapped inside the minibus, he appeared to clip Billy back into his seat before leaving him to burn alive.
In scenes aired this week, having found himself alone at the undertakers, with George Shuttleworth asking him to hold the fort while he headed on a quick errand, Theo thought he was alone and ended up pouring his heart out to Billy’s coffin ahead of his funeral. He apologised for not saving him, taking the blame for his death, but was completely unaware that Carl Webster was listening from the other side of the door.
During the follow-up episode on Wednesday (January 28), mourners were gathering for Billy’s funeral and Carl didn’t waste much time in making another enemy, as he headed over to Theo and made it clear he heard his confession.

Later, Theo got his perfect revenge, as he caught Carl red-handed handing over money to some young lads, who he’d hired to rob the Chariot Square Hotel, attacking Ryan Connor in the process. Theo snapped some pictures of the exchange, believing Carl was dealing drugs.
Confronting him, Theo threatened to share the picture if Carl didn’t stay away from him, but Carl pointed out that he wasn’t the only one with some dirt, threatening to reveal the truth about Billy’s death if Theo went near Debbie again. But Theo took things one step further, chillingly warning Carl that if he told Todd the truth, then he would end up in a coffin just like Billy.
But it was during Billy’s funeral that Corrie fans noticed Bernie Winter’s unease towards Theo. @claireh5611 said: “Bernie towards Theo #Corrie,” alongside a GIF with the caption: “I’m getting weird vibes here!” @sas.1905 posted: “The way Bernie looked at Theo I’m sure she’s suspicious of Todd & Theo’s relationship. I bloody hope she is and sorts Theo out once and for all!!” hazzyazzy1971 added: “Bernie is on to Theo. Shé knows something is not quite right between Theo and Todd.”
That being said, it seems Bernie is facing her own difficulties as she found herself trying to hide her own grief, with Billy being her son-in-law.
